VI EXPO Osaka Meeting

On Monday October 6, 2025 we will celebrate the VI Meeting of ACE Japan in Osaka, in the Spanish Pavilion at EXPO2025

The ACE Japan Meeting is an annual event where members of the association present their work and research to the rest of the membership. It is an inclusive event that welcomes both younger and new members, as well as long-standing members. It is a unique opportunity to connect with other researchers and technologists working in Japan, foster networking, and facilitate informal mentoring through the exchange of experiences.

Call for Abstracts

The 6th Meeting will feature scientific presentations by ACE Japan members. It is a unique opportunity to experience firsthand the excellence of Spanish science in Japan.

If you'd like to participate by presenting your work and sharing your research with other members and the public, please send us the title of your talk and an abstract using the template and registration form below.

To submit your presentation abstract, please follow these steps:

1. Download the summary sheet, complete it and send it to acejapon@gmail.com. Limit of 1 page.
2. Complete the registration form.

Remember that the deadline is August 17, 2025.

Abstracts accepted and presented by October 6 will be included in the Book of Abstracts of the VI ACE Japan Meeting.
