5th Meeting and 10th Anniversary

On November 29 and 30, 2024 we will celebrate the 5th Meeting and 10th Anniversary of ACE Japan. 

​On Saturday November 30, 2024 will be the 5th edition of the ACE Japan MeetingACE Japan Meeting is an annual event where ACE members present their work and research to the rest of the membership. It is an inclusive event that welcomes both younger and newer members as well as long-standing members. It is a unique opportunity to connect with other researchers and technologists working in Japan, foster networking, and facilitate informal mentoring through the exchange of experiences.

​In addition, this year we are celebrating a special event, as it is the 10th anniversary of the creation of the association. For this reason, on Friday November 29, 2024, will be held on 10th Anniversary from ACE Japan with a very special day.

Call for Abstracts

On Saturday November 30th in the morning Scientific presentations by members will be held at the event. It is a unique opportunity to learn first-hand about the excellence of Spanish science in Japan.

If you wish to participate by presenting your work and informing other members and the public about your research work, please send us the title of your talk and an abstract using the template and registration form below, before the conference. September 5, 2024.

Abstracts received before the deadline will be included in the ACE Japan 5th Meeting Abstracts Book and presented in presentation and/or poster format on the morning of November 30th.

To submit your presentation abstract, please follow these steps:

1. Download the summary sheet, complete it and send it to acejapon@gmail.com. Limit of 1 page.
2. Complete the registration form.

Remember that the deadline is September 5, 2024.
